Trynna Cipher Thur the Bull.....

How do I change myself for the better and not bite my tongue? It seems as if the more I try to change myself for the better more and more negativity is starting to surround me. What am I to do? Im tired of holding my tongue and people looking at me like im a lil bitch ass, so how do I find that balance? I keep getting hurt by the people who say they down for me or maybe I dont know when someone is being sincere. Maybe I still dont know how to read through the bulll... I keep having the same luck with men as I been having and let me say it is not good luck. So where do I get wisdom to cipher through it all? I grab my bible. When I dont know what to do in a certain situation I trun it back to God because he said he would not leave me and so far he is the only one who has always been here. When I feel empty and cant turn to man I get on my knees and turn to God cause he listens when no one else will. And that is why I think I am a writer.
